Return Policy
As part of our commitment to customer service, Cosmetheque USA will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues within 7 days of receiving the products; washed garments and equipments are excepted.
A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product. A restocking fee of 20% may apply. All shipping charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, when returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Cosmetheque USA, Please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
